1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl7ll ("jl7ll," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jl7ll online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at jl7ll.net and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on jl7ll, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the jl7ll Platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use the jl7ll Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines applicable to online gambling platforms.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jl7ll or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the jl7ll Platform or any affiliated platform.

By registering an account on jl7ll, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the jl7ll Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.

When registering your jl7ll account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested for identity verification purposes.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify jl7ll immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your jl7ll account, whether or not authorized by you.

jl7ll reserves the right to verify your identity at any point during your use of the Platform. Verification may require submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, or other documentation. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by jl7ll may result in account restrictions or suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jl7ll supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: Deposits to your jl7ll account are processed in real time for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jl7ll does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes:

• GCash and PayMaya: typically within five (5) minutes to two (2) hours of approval.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Credit/debit card refunds: three (3) to five (5) business days, subject to card issuer processing times.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your jl7ll account, or to a verified account in your name. jl7ll reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jl7ll offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

General bonus terms applicable to all jl7ll promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jl7ll reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance or associated winnings not used within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• jl7ll reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jl7ll Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.

jl7ll uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live games. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and conducted by professional dealers in accordance with the rules of each respective game. jl7ll does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jl7ll's records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome of any wager. jl7ll reserves the right to void bets placed during a verified technical malfunction and refund the wagered amount to the player's account balance.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and player account status. These limits are displayed within each game interface and are subject to change at jl7ll's discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl7ll Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on jl7ll, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games and poker formats.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorized use of payment methods, or use of stolen financial instruments.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your jl7ll account by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jl7ll staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

jl7ll is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jl7ll players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jl7ll Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl7ll Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of jl7ll or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from jl7ll.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform.
• Use any jl7ll trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner without prior written authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl7ll and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

jl7ll's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl7ll account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jl7ll makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. jl7ll does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Privacy & Data

jl7ll collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl7ll implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and jl7ll cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

12. Account Termination

jl7ll reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to jl7ll.

You may close your jl7ll account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jl7ll Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

14. Amendments

jl7ll reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl7ll will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the jl7ll Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
